- Copyright Policy
- 1. A copyright gives it owner ( Photographer ) the right to copy,
distribute, display, or create derivative works from the origional work.
2. The rights to any image is owned by the photographer at the time of capture.
3. The person in the image have the right to their privacy. The photographer cannot sell to people, other than the person in the photograph, or use this image for any promotion, sale,
advertisement, or publication without the written consent of the person in the image.
4. It is a violation of copyright law to reproduce, scan, copy, or electronically distribute any image ( photograph ) without the written consent of the owner of the copyright ( photographer ).
5. Purchase of a photograph does not give you the copyright. It only gives you the right to display that photo; you cannot copy it in any form.
6. We will be happy to work with anyone who has a need for more latitude on the use of our images.
